"1-Star (Wish I Could Give 0) ABSOLUTE SCAM — DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM This is hands-down the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. These people are running a complete scam operation. They take your advance money with big promises of “quality service,” then quietly hand your booking over to some shady third-party rental without telling you. From that moment on, everything is chaos: miscommunication, finger-pointing, and zero accountability. When you try asking why you’re being overcharged or why the service is nothing like what was promised, they suddenly develop selective hearing and pretend not to understand you. They are not trustworthy, not professional, and honestly shouldn’t be allowed to operate. The drivers they send are rude and careless. The cars are filthy, stink horribly, and clearly never undergo proper maintenance. I had TWO breakdowns on the very first day of a 7-day booking that alone shows how pathetic their standards are. Every employee is armed with some dramatic sob story to justify delays or failures. It’s laughably fake. Their number-one excuse? “The driver had a flat tire.” Funny how every delayed car magically has the same problem. It’s just one of the many lies they recycle to cover their incompetence. Save yourself the money and the headache. There are plenty of honest rental companies out there — this one is a lying, scheming mess that will ruin your trip and your mood. Avoid them like the plague."

"We booked a tour from 23rd June to 25th June for Mukteshwar. Our driver was Mr Deeraj, he was a wonderful person and took immense care of all of us. We were mostly women, kids and senior citizen. He kept that in mind and was very respectful. He drove very smoothly, considering the mountainous roads. We fully recommend him."
